Even in a high-crime area, which Rogers Park isn't, a random person's likelihood of being assaulted on the street is rare. Do you even know how numbers work? Even in the areas of the city with the highest crime rate, you are very unlikely to be physically harmed. But if you want to be scared over nothing, have at it.
