My neighbor told me about this earlier today. I asked if it was CNN. Nailed it.

Hey, I'm 58 and walking up hills wears me out... I guess I can forget about that dream of retiring to an Italian hill town. LOL

(I can still walk down nonhilly streets for hours, though. )

Well if you're in Cleveland, you've at least got the Little Italy and a little bit of topography.

That's actually a city I'd like to see again soon, and being based in Chicago puts me within short-hop visiting distance. I lived in Dayton but only made it to NE Ohio a couple times, and Cleveland proper only once.

My apologies for raining on the blue Kool-Aid, but on many days the city resembles Yellowstone during fire season.
That daily 30 minute jog around the park=inhaling an entire pack of smokes.

While Chicago's ozone days went up so did other big cities

From the full report.

Quote:
In addition to Los Angeles, 15 others among the 25 cities with the worst ozone pollution each had a higher average of unhealthy days than in 2014-2016, including some of the nation’s largest metropolitan areas: New York City; Chicago; Atlanta; Philadelphia; San Diego; San Jose-San Francisco; Washington-Baltimore; and Salt Lake City. Many smaller cities on that list also suffered from more ozone: Bakersfield, CA; Visalia-Porterville-Hanford, CA; Sacramento, CA; Redding-Red Bluff, CA; Hartford, CT; Chico, CA; and Sheboygan, WI
Chicago's particle pollution data is missing.

Quote:
Regional differences. California retains its historic distinction with 11 of the 25 most polluted cities in that state. The Southwest continues to fill most of the remaining slots, with seven of the 25 most ozone-polluted. Texas has two cities in the 25 most-polluted list: Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth. Colorado has two, as well: Denver and Fort Collins. Arizona, Nevada and Utah each have one
Right now, Houston is suffering the effects of several plant fires - the big one in Deer Park is still putting out pollutants since Sunday though the fire is out. The pollution is blowing all over the Houston area including where I live. That will affect next years data as this report is from 2016. It had been doing well at turning Ozone pollution around at least.

no doubt in your Red Flyer Classic that has been lovingly refurbished to its 1950s form, the same way your Corvette and T-Bird were.
