Yes, and the mandates to not apply inside "residential" areas (apartments, houses, etc) anyway, so it cannot be enforced. Which is unfortunate for apartment residents.

Although Leasing Offices are considered "businesses" so the staff must wear masks. But tenants are not required to in common areas (hallways, laundry rooms, apartment gyms, stairwells/elevators, etc).

Fortunately for me, I don't live in a high-rise building, and the vast majority of people in my smaller 4 story always have masks on.

You have it wrong; people who do not wear masks need to mind their own business by wearing a mask and not putting other people at risk of death. Why should I give a **** about your desire to not wear a mask when it's intruding on the health and safety of everyone else in the building?

If you are going to squeal, then expect to be revealed.
Lmao, the confrontation clause only applies to criminal prosecutions.....I would say "nice try" but I don't condone misreadings of the US constitution

No, you're missing the point. It's not about me, nor is it about you. It's about spreading the virus and harming people at risk. Suck it up and put on a mask so you don't kill someone. Don't be so self-absorbed, your attitude is the reason why our country is failing this test.

The death count would be even higher without the restrictions, as evidenced by the increasing number of deaths for populations not at high risk dying from COVID-19 as restrictions are rolled back. We are nearly already at 180K deaths, just wait till fall and winter.

why is it that the Demand-Mask-Wearers always seem to have a hostile tone and accuse people of killing others if they don't wear the stupid mask.
