I've been a Blackhawk fan since the time of Hull and Mikita. The sport is so unique. They are true lovers of their craft, and this young team really rocks.
Going to the game on Valentines Day with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We won't be painting our nails. LOL

Great work Bears. Bill Cowher and others are available and you decide to stick with Lovie.

It's not easy to eat 11 million dollars worth of remaining contract.

I think some of this falls on Lovie's shoulders -- IMO he took on too much by taking over defensive play calling -- but let's face it, there's a talent void on this team right now. That's not Lovie's problem, that's Jerry Angelo's problem. And his problems are almost certainly exacerbated by the legendary McCaskey stinginess. But I still think it was a mistake to give up so much to go after Cutler, and that's all on Angelo.

Injuries didn't do this season any favors either.

For a team who's "committed to winning" (or so their ad in the Tribune said on Monday), they sure picked the wrong coach. Again.
