If God is all molecules and atoms and can compress them and lock them into shapes and then give them life--why in the world would He fool with an egg? Eggs have to be sat on to hatch--God was too busy to sit on the egg.
The elements that make up the human body can be found in dirt--just throw them together and walah--creatures. Then He hid the eggs inside. Do you suppose this is why we hide eggs at Easter?--just joking
