The (Jewish) writers of the New Testament asserted that the Old Testament spoke of a coming Messiah and quoted from it extensively to prove their point. Even Jesus himself - whom many Jewish people will declare to be a good rabbi and teacher - said to those who sat under his teaching, "How foolish you are, and how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?" And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself." Did King David describe someone who would be "pierced" in Psalm 22? Or did the Christians misunderstand what the Hebrew Bible said, or even worse - did they deliberately distort things, or arrange events so that Jesus appeared to fulfill the prophecies?

Good video, except that at the end he mentioned being made into the kind of people that can bring peace to the rest of the world. But the presence of Christians in the world will not bring peace to the world. Jesus said that there would be wars and rumors of war until He returns. During this dispensation God is calling out a people for Himself - the church, but it is a fallacy to think that the church will bring peace to the world. I think that false view is one of the beliefs held by post millennialists.
Yes, Jesus is the Messiah of whom Isaiah 53 spoke. His primary purpose for coming into the world was to go to the Cross and die for the sins of the world so that all who believe on Him may have eternal life (John 3:16).
But He also offered to establish the Kingdom on the earth if only Israel as a whole (or at least enough of the Jews) received Him as the Messiah. The kingdom which now will be established upon His return would have been brought in as soon as Christ had gone to the Cross had He not been rejected by Israel, and there never would have been a dispensation of the church. However, God knew from eternity past that Israel would reject Christ. But He still made the offer. And much of what Jesus said during His first advent pertained to life in the kingdom. For instance, while the Sermon on the Mount certainly has application to the church, Jesus was speaking of life in the kingdom which was being offered to Israel at that time.
Good News is the solution to mankind's distressing global problems.
Jesus as King [ ruler ] of God's kingdom, and as Prince of Peace, will usher in global Peace on Earth among men of goodwill. - Daniel 7 vs 13,14; 2 v 44
God resurrecting Jesus from the grave means death is Not an ' end it all ' for us.
Because of Jesus' sacrifice of his sinless life for us Jesus has the keys to unlock the grave for us.- Rev. 18 v 1
While living on earth Jesus showed his ability to resurrect the sleeping dead - John 11 vs 11-14; Ecc. 9 v 5
That was a small-scale sample of what Jesus will be doing on a GRAND scale during his 1000-year kingdom reign over earth.
Jesus activities while on earth also demonstrated his ability over weather phenomenon by calming the stormy seas.
Jesus also showed the people his ability to feed them by multiplying bread and fish to the point of leftovers.
Jesus will fulfill God's promise to Abraham [ Genesis 12 v 3; 22 v 18 ] that all families of Earth will be blessed, and all nations of earth will be blessed. Blessed with the healing and curing of earth's nations.- Rev. 22 v 2
Please also notice the return of the Genesis ' tree of life ' for all mankind at Rev. 22 v 2
So, the Good News is: No more war on earth, No more violence on earth, No more pollution on earth, No more food distribution problems on earth, No more sickness on earth, No more death on earth, just the right to live endlessly on a beautiful paradisaic earth forever starting with Jesus millennium-long day of reigning over earth.

I have preserved you and established you As A Covenant TO THE People, as a light TO The Nations,
to open blind eyes, to lead those bound out of the dungeon and those sitting in darkness out of prison."

...and yes, Jesus did take the good news of God's kingdom to the Jews. - Luke 4 v 43
It was Not until Pentecost that the way was then opened up for the Samaritans, and then starting with Cornelius [ Acts 10 ] the way was opened up for the gentile nations to become a part of God's spiritual nation [ the Christian congregation ]
- Romans 2 vs 28,29; 1st Peter 2 vs 9,5; Galatians 4 v 26; 6 v 16; Col. 3 v 11
In other words, the fleshly Jews were given the first choice to become spiritual Jews [ Christians ], but many of them rejected Jesus as Messiah. That opened up the way for others to become kings and priests in heaven with Jesus.
