You have no direct quotes about God's perfect plan for marriage and sex--because there aren't any. Instead you are spouting off what other prejudiced people have claimed over the years. As many religious people spouted off about Jews, and about blacks. In fact the majority of oppression of any group of people in the West has been by primarily religious groups.

This foolish diatribe by fundies is driving gay people from even seeking God. Shame on you all.
Well worth repeating
Oh, and thank you for addressing Twin's diatribe yet again. I'm afraid I have gotten weary of how he has perverted the way to understand the Bible.

There is a huge difference between what two or more consenting adults do, and an adult forcing themselves on a minor who most likely is defenseless.
But you knew that, right?
I know that the truth is we are all born with weaknesses towards certain sins. We can either follow a path of righteous and allow the Holy Spirit to change our minds away from those weaknesses or allow Satan to exploit them. It is still a choice.

And the point remains that you nor anyone else has presented a valid reason to consider committed same sex elationships as "sin." Get the hose in front of the cart, otherwise you are only presenting prejudice.
As I keep pointing out--Jesus was certainly opposed to adultery--and divorce and remarriage which was committing adultery--but not one word out of the Savior's mouth about homosexuality.
But He did say something about what proceedeth out of the mouth condemning one's soul.
Jesus was quite focused on how people were treated in THIS world, not just the next. That's why flocks of poor, disparaged people flocked to hear Him. And He also provided for their PHYSICAL needs with healing--for free--something done by other messiahs around that time--but for a fee.

Jesus never uttered a single word against bestiality so I guess that means he approves of it huh? But here is what Jesus DID say:
Quote:
He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6 So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”
Matthew 19:4-6
He speaks of the design of marriage being between a man and a woman. NOTHING about same sex. Also, the key point here is the union was designed so they could be one flesh. Heterosexual sex does this. A man is physically inside and part of the woman, and their bond is felt on an emotional intimidate level as well.
When it comes to the topic of the marriage, the Bible always talks about a husband and wife. There is absolutely nothing in the Bible that suggests God approves of homosexuality.
'Whenever the Bible mentions marriage, it is between a male and a female. The first mention of marriage, Genesis 2:24, describes it as a man leaving his parents and being united to his wife. In passages that contain instructions regarding marriage, such as 1 Corinthians 7:2-16 and Ephesians 5:23-33, the Bible clearly identifies marriage as being between a man and a woman. Biblically speaking, marriage is the lifetime union of a man and a woman, primarily for the purpose of building a family and providing a stable environment for that family.'
'According to the Bible, marriage is ordained by God to be between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:21-24; Matthew 19:4-6). Gay marriage/same-sex marriage is a perversion of the institution of marriage and an offense to the God who created marriage.'
Of course I would be celibate for God. Everything He has done for me I would gladly give my life for Him, so even though it would be hard, I would definitely remain celibate. The Scripture speaks of remaining celibate for the Kingdom of God.
That sure is easy to say, for a person who isn't faced with following through on it.

You did not address my point at all. Do you or do you not see the difference of consenting adults interacting to that of an adult forcing themselves on a minor?

and you know this how ... care to show from the 22 posts of his (as of this post) where you've concluded this other than your prejudiced bias.
Oh speaking of biased
fyi: Revelation 22:15, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Galations 5:19, Romans 1:26 and the Strong's Greek dictionary explanation to the word Greek word ἀρσενοκοίτης, ου, ὁ found in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 is no less the truth than post# 335 ... which by the way had some of the very same scriptures quoted in it.

Does the bible say sexual immorality is a sin in the OT and NT? YES
Does the bible say people who practice sexual immorality will not go to heaven? YES
Its that simple, God doesnt hate a homosexual, even though he calls their lifestyle an abomination, he still loves them. What he hates is the sin of sexual immorality and it must be repented of and it applies to gay and straight people. Since God sees sex outside of marriage as a sin and will never recognize a gay marriage, homosexuality will always be sexual immorality.
IN THE BEGINNING
Genesis 1:27
27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
Genesis 2:24
24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
----------
JESUS CONFIRMS WHAT MARRIAGE IS
Matthew 19
3 The Pharisees also came to Him, testing Him, and saying to Him,“Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for just any reason?”
4 And He answered and said to them,“Have you not read that He who made[a] them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ 5 and said,‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6 So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
7 They said to Him,“Why then did Moses command to give a certificate of divorce, and to put her away?”
8 He said to them,“Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so.
9 And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality,[d] and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery.”
So Jesus taught from the Torah and it is pretty clear and straight forward that marriage is between a man and a woman only, so Gay marriage and homosexuality will never be okay in the eyes of God.
SEXUAL IMMORALITY IS A SIN AND A SIN AGAINST YOUR OWN BODY 1 Corinthians 6:18
18 Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.
Gay Marriage, Homosexuality, and Sexual Immorality is wrong, no matter how one tries to flip scriptures to suit them.
Lev 18:22, Lev 20:13, Rom 1:24-32, 1 Cor 6:9, Rev 21:8
twin, your selection and interpretation of scripture reflects the bitter darkness of your spirit.
