Of course. A child sees Jesus and his relationship in fairy tale terms. Your born again when you become a adult and have God and Christ some how come into your life. I always believed in God as a child of Christian parents. It was in my late 20's that I was born again.
We cannot be born again while still in this first life. Being born again refers to what happens to us AFTER our death.
No it doesn't, I mean that few out of many will be born on firstfruits as sons who follow the firstfruit into a new kingdom, but before that son can be born, a seed must be planted in the person first, and that seed is the new child that you are working on, and if you do not raise that child to be a full grown man, then he dies and is taken away from you, and you are saved, albeit ashes under the feet of those who are birthed, and who do stand in the flames.
Being born again happens when you have come from the water as a new creature, and you progress into the Holy place where birth takes place, you receive a seed, and you raise it.
God created a new thing in the world, '' A woman shall encompass a man.''
Jesus accomplished this when he died, and as a virgin, he gave birth to a full grown man he had raised, but Jesus says,'' Woe to those with children and weaning children in those days.''
Revelation shows the children being killed because they were still children and the seed planted inside people.
Paul goes around showing this very concept when he is calling them babies still on milk and not being to eat meat, because unless you have raised a full grown son, you will not give birth, and you will die in childbirth.
Revelation 14 is showing 144,000 virgins giving birth to sons, and the fact that they are called,'' Firstfruits,'' proves that they were birthed just as Jesus gave birth being sons.
NOBODY ELSE is with them, they are the only ones who receive the reward of first resurrection BECAUSE they gave birth to full grown sons.
There is NO SALVATION (to become "born again") unless there is "REPENTANCE".

You are right--Ephesians 4:22-24--is clear this matter.
One must strip off the old personality( worker of iniquity) and put on the new personality( righteousness)--there is no other way one is born again per-se-- especially not by a mortal who tells you if you say 3 lines of prayer that you become born again--from these teachers--RUN.

A easy way to tell if a religion or person is of Jesus is to compare the attributes of each other.
In other words if a man or religion is of Jesus then they will reflect only Jesus. If they reflect something else, then they never knew Him.
The TRUE CHURCH OF JESUS is "The Body of Jesus" and that "Body" is spread all over this Earth. Some are in a Church and some are not.
~no particular religion is 100% correct, but Jesus is and that is why you need to repent and put you're life in His Hands.
If you don't and you follow religion and traditions instead, then you're going to end up some where you don't want to be.

Beware, the devil has created a "born again" reflection. There are men who follow this with their lives. Soon choices will be taken away from this world, when it happens, only the devil's reflection will remain~ the antichrist.
It's important now more then ever, to repent, to do you're best to turn from you're sins (that which goes against the attributes of God and His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit (which binds Us with them if We are "born again") before the "rapture of the body of Jesus" is taken from this world, by that coming vaccine I mentioned.

According to Spirit-Filled Christians, those newborn babies who die at birth, go to Heaven. But because they died right at birth, they were not Christians, yet they still went to Heaven. So in view of those infants, doesn't it mean that the Unsaved go to Heaven? Remember, it is written in Romans 3:23 that "All have sin." So it obviously includes infants.
