According to Catholicism, Mother Mary was sinless. In order to serve as the Vessel for Jesus, she had to be just as pure, which is the Catholic reasoning. What I want to know is, do any other denominations believe that too? Also, is that belief validated by any Scriptural passage, or is it something to be taken for granted?
Very unsound reasoning that is not truth--If Mary was sinless , then her death would have redeemed mankind and there would be no need for Jesus to come to earth. Catholicism = 2Thess 2:3--which in turn breeded a divided house( 33,000 trinity based religions) that will not stand( Mark 3:24-26)---false teachings came out of Catholicism councils, carried over into every trinity based religion on the earth.
Maybe she was sinless... then had Jesus... then sinned afterwards... That's all speculation.
What do we know for sure... she was born of two earthly parents. At that point, she was doomed by association.
When her life ended, she was not raised from the dead and her body returned to the ground. Why is that important? Because Jesus had not sinned, He was not subject to the penalty of death. Therefore death could not hold Him. Can't say the same for Mary. Her body returned to the ground just like everyone else who came from Adam - who was subject to that penalty in Genesis 3.
Because Mary was born of two earthly parents who inherited sin's imperfection from father Adam - Romans 5:12-19 - then like us Mary was born with the same sin-like birth defect which has only one cure: Christ Jesus - 1st John 1:7

We as Catholics believe in the Assumption, that Mary's body was risen to heaven by God after death. Off the top of my head, I don't recall the Biblical references though.
Fact: Jesus was sinless in thought, spoken words, in his actions ... all the time.
From birth?...

Fact: Jesus said, “ ' Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.' ... But the temple he had spoken of was his body." John 2:20-21
But yet it is said that G-d raised him from the dead...Hmmm...Amazing that the compilers of the NT missed that contradiction or else they could've fixed it...

Thus Jesus is God or as the Jews of his day accused him of blaspheme.
See, it is man that says that he is G-d, no him...

Mary is the mother of Jesus, Jesus is fully God and fully man so we can say Mary is the Mother of God. Unless you don't think Jesus was God, most Christians do. Is Mary equal to God? No but she is the Mother of God.
How do you reconcile 1st Kings 8:27 that the ' heavens of heavens can Not contain God ' with Mary having God in her womb ?

.
Yes, according to Scripture, God raised Jesus from the dead - Acts 2:31-32; 3:15; 13:30,37; 5:30; Colossians 2:12 B.
Jesus lived a sinless mortal existence, upon his return to heaven offered up this ransom sacrifice on behalf of many, buying back what Adam had lost for mankind--If Mary lived and died sinless, she could have offered the sacrifice up.
