Key words there are, WHO CAME TO HIM, which means they had faith to believe He could do something to change their condition.
He also said He could not do any great works in Jerusalem; which was because they knew Him after the flesh and not by the Spirit, which is the essence of not having faith in the first place.
All men were given a measure of faith to receive Him. That doesn't just apply to salvation. Many of us have received Him as a healer, and in churches where healing is taught to be fact, healings occur. Why? The principle is the SAME Jesus you see, is the one that returns to you. So the Word, mixed with faith, preached, produces results.
Do you see Him as a healer, as the nature of Jehovah Rapha? Because that is one of His natures, and just as you cannot tell a person to come inside your house, but leave part of their nature outside, so too, cannot you not pick and choose which part of His nature to receive, unless of course, you don't want that part. And who WOULDN'T want that part of His nature? Peace
Physical healing ' died out ' so to speak, with the death of the apostles.
In other words, such healings (and resurrections) were temporary and only for the first century congregation.
Do you think that ' faith healers ' and ' healing prayer groups ' don't work in hospitals for the same reason we do Not see psychics winning the lottery ?
If such physical healings worked today don't you think they would have even cured baldness by now ?
So, now is the time for ' spiritual ' healings, 'spiritual' blessings:

See if people do not believe or have been Baptized through the Holy spirit will not have these signs of Christ , and people who do believe and does these things , and these signs will follow them , as Jesus is the redeemer of sin and illness and disorders and the works of devil are some of the things which Jesus redeems through Christ

Exactly. Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain, and the first thing you have to do to build a house is lay the foundation. Most don't have the proper foundation, and then wonder why they don't have the house blessings at the end. But if you try to tell them they don't, they are so brainwashed by their particular denom against the foundation, they can't see the forests for the trees, and so skip over or explain away a multitude of witnesses (scriptures) as if they weren't in there.
