Richard....What would the law of Moses have to do with smoking pot, maybe you know, just asking.

While you are at it, Let's pretend that I am a Gentile who wants to follow the God of Israel, and let's pretend that the belief in Jesus was accepted by those who wanted to obtain the name of a priest who would stand in their stead because they are first born sons.

Let us pretend that a Jewish priest would look the other way and not say anything about a person's belief in Jesus and they just wanted to do as a priest would have a gentile do.

Let's pretend that a Gentile went up to the high priest and said,'' OK, OK, high priest, as a Gentile, what are the laws of Moses that you would have me follow? What kind of hoops do I have to jump through in order to believe in your God?''

Wonder what Phuzy would say also.

People of the Bible ALSO have to submit to the law of the land.

Let us not forget this, I suppose if smoking pot is illegal, then it breaks the laws of Moses.

The question would be,'' If it is legal to roll a blunt of some dro, and legal to smoke that bad boy, IS IT AGAINST the laws of Moses?''

I've never understood why the Christian Right is so opposed to legal marijuana. What they believe about circumstances when it is alright to partake is one thing, but it still should be legal. God created the cannabis plant. It's not some drug manufactured in a lab. It's a natural, God-created plant. Scientific research shows many benefits to it and it is much less harmful than many vices that are already legal. Can it be abused? Yes, it can, but so can anything. The individual is responsible for their own actions. Conservatives get this, with the exception of certain things like marijuana. There is no reason marijuana should be illegal.

- They lost the War on Pot.

- They can not stop people from having it.

- Stop it from being a criminal offense.

I knew an alcoholic who could not keep a job and could not function.
He started smoking pot and got off the booze. Kept a job got an apartment and was self sufficient.

But he did die of throat cancer in his 60's he was also a chain cigarette smoker too.

- Sad and too bad that people have to be addicts. But unless they break the law hurting others
they should not go to jail for only hurting themselves.

You can be high on anything, choose wisely.

No it is not allowed under Jewish law

6 reasons from halachah (Jewish law) why it is NOT kosher. They are:

Harms the body
Leads to gluttony
Loosens moral guard
Does not show respect for parents
Act like an animal by removing holiness
Illegal

So NO it is NOT kosher except for medical use only..

In USA even if marijuana is legal at the state level, it's still illegal at the federal level.
