If you want to know what the Nephilim are then go to the source. The ancient Jewish writings such as 1 Enoch say that the the giants (the Nephilim) are the offspring of angels mating with human women. Start with chapter 7 and read on.
As for the sons of God in Genesis 6:4, both Peter and Jude state that they were angels. Not the sons of Seth. 2 Peter 2:4-5, Jude 1:6.
The angels who did not keep their own domain according to Jude 1:6 and who are now kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day are the spirits who are now in prison in 1 Peter 3:19-20.
I might not agree with every thing in these videos but it closer to the truth, with GOOD information in them
He goes a long way to deny that they were from the sons of God and earthly woman (clearly seen in Genesis) only to come short by suggesting that Anak's father was Arba - who he assumes was just human not a nephilim himself. So what?

Apparently, you believe in mythological creatures which have kept men in the dark ages; until released by the power of God.
I believe in the real existence of angels, both elect and fallen, as well as in the real existence of demons which I believe are the disembodied spirits of the dead Nephilhim which I believe were the offspring of angelic beings who mated with human females.
I believe in a spirit realm inhabited by supernatural beings as described in the Bible. I understand that you do not. And never the twain shall meet.

The guy in the video did not realize that Goliath was not an ethnic Philistine. The reason he is called a Philistine is because he was an immigrant from the Anakim who took residence there after Joshua's war against his tribe.
Josh.11:21 - 'At that time Joshua attacked and eliminated the Anakites from the hill country – from Hebron, Debir, Anab, and all the hill country of Judah and Israel. Joshua annihilated them and their cities. No Anakites were left in Israelite territory, though some remained in Gaza, Gath, and Ashdod.'
Goliath was of Gath.
To deny the clear teaching in Genesis and assume that Arba was not a nephilim himself is not a good argument. Nothing suggests that at all. Genesis 10 says that the son of Ham, Canaan, gave rise to the Amorites who lived in Hebron, also known as the city of Arba (Judges 1:10). Arba of course was the father of Anak (Joshua 21:11). He gave rise to the Anakim. Now Numbers 13:33 is clear that the sons of Anak came from the Nephilim. This is clear that Arba was himself a Nephilim - a descendant of the union between the sons of God and daughters of men.
Amorites and Rephaim are linked. Rephaim are giants. Deut.2:11 mentions that the Anakim are also called Rephaites. Og King of Bashan was of the Rephaim – Deut.3:11; Josh.12:4, 13:12. Other texts speak of them or their kinfolk in both Transjordan (Deut 2:20; 3:13) and Canaan (Josh 11:21-22; 14:12, 15; 15:13-14; Judg 1:20; 1 Sam 17:4; 1 Chr 20:4-8). They also appear in extra-biblical literature, especially in connection with the city state of Ugarit. See C. L’Heureux, “Ugaritic and Biblical Rephaim,” HTR 67 (1974): 265-74.
Again, anyone who thinks the sons of God are men is fooling themselves.
