I'm talking about how Jesus would be acting versus the actions we have by those in power. That's as political as I'll get on this forum. If you want to know who's separating families, do some Google searches. It's all right there in black and white.
Where is the heart felt sorrow when American military families are separate by years, not weeks? Because the news handlers told you not to think in those terms. You will think and know what THEY decide is important.
The Lord does not want us to be ignorant of facts in this world. Discernment is the gift of God.
Under the Law, God said witches are to be put to death. Now, under God's grace, they are given space to reconsider and repent. If they don't, when they die then God will carry out the Law. The place of death is called hell fire. Turn or burn. Repent or perish.
Not sure why all those burning, hanging or drowning witches in Christian Europe or America were unaware of this grace. The rules by which Christians practice their laws and graces appear to be very flexible.
And claiming asslyum is now a criminal offense? Providing life lasting mental anguish to toddlers for the parents maybe breaking a minor offense is love? However destroying families with no real reason is justified but words on a piece of clothing is a threat?

Children and spouses of military families are able to communicate with each other plus they know what is happening. When a soldier is deplored their children are not sent off across the country and not allowed access to their other parent or family members nor are they told that they may be adopted by someone else. And they are certainly not having their 6 year old being in court without representation.
Why have the evangelicals lost all their compassion. Separating young children from both parents and locking them up is not a humane way to treat anyone, even if their parents broke the law and could serve months in jail. Same as the lack of compassion for the treatment of young blacks, women, those with medical problems or mental ones or the poor. Where is this so called agape love? Evangelicals seem bent on political power to control non fundamentalist rather than caring about anyone but themselves. But are offended by those who don't agree with them or even speak about Satan, witches or the occult.

God of the Scriptures never told them to burn, drown, hang anyone. Jesus greatest commandement is to love your fellow man.

We should listen to them instead. And look what happens when that method is followed; hangings, drownings, tortue.

Is the person in the Military providing for his family? And, is he not aware of the conditions?
If, you are a Christian, are you not aware of the pain and suffering that goes on in the world.
Or, are you just a cold and callous person who believes he is a representative for his God?
I thought Christians were without borders, or do you prefer a barbed wire fence?

The things you described where done by those professing to be Christians, the same one's who condemn other's to their nonexistent hellhole with barbed wire fences and the flames of damnation for which there is no escape?

It would still be happening today if the church had the power it had back then. Thank God it did lose that power.

American military aren't forced to separate. There is no imposed draft. Discern that.
