Meism:
ME, me, me)))))
Could it be a new religion?
Or an old one that sweeping through our pews?
Meism is not only hindering our witness to the lost, but our growth and developement as ministers of the gospel.
This is not only growing rapidly in the world, but seems to be rampant in the local church..
If Jesus had only enough time to think of himself , He would have never made it to the cross...So when did we get so me centered ?
imo Joyce Meyer has a valid point on her teaching that include "What about me?"
How can we walk in humility and be full of so much pride?
Besides, people need loving on nowadays, too much hurting going on to fool around with the gospel.
We could spread more love around don't you agree?
the only way we can achieve this is by, stop thinking about ourselves so much

No, it isn't a new religion. What you are seeing is the sin nature, the old flesh! It has been around for a long, long time. And will be here till our Lord Jesus returns.
What we do is pray and hope that we don't fall into the temptation of our own flesh.

There is much love going around.... we just need to open ourselves to see it. It is there...
I see it every day when I step into this forum. A rep when someone is encouraged, a prayer for the needy (Blue ). A welcome to the new poster. A understanding when misunderstood. Oh, the list could go on....

Blessings
