You do understand that Jesus was not a bible preacher, he rarely quoted the scriptures and when he did it was to correct the misuse of them or turn them right back on them who used them in judgement.

He was the Word and his words only did He gave depth to what was there and existed...
like him telling them He is God and that he was the one who created everything.... when he said in one place alone and out of many....." I am light of the world " ( I am the lighter/and purifier of all light...... of the temple menorahs on Channukah...... just of that one is such an example of his right to purify..... he is not only confirming the prophetic aspects of Channikah and need for
the purification fires ... but also confirming of Genesis 1 :1..
He was a bible TEACHER...(. not a preacher)... he taught the Words/ his Words/ and historical deeds.. true meanings....

but the judgment is about mercy and teaching.. correcting... and educating and he did judge them quite harshly and taught them with every word from his mouth.......
but he did not yet condemn anyone..

You so called bible believers why gaze you up into the sky ? Do you not understand what was being said to the disciples here?........ If you are looking for a return, the sky is not the place you should be looking. How do you like them apples ?.
Just add that one to the other 2,489 things the bible got wrong.

The bible is a collection of old stories written by primitive people guessing how the world works. It has some interesting stories. It has some good lessons. It has some wonderful literary aspects.
And it has a LOT of stupid crap.
