He simply made it APPEAR to be so because they were terrified of Spirits, did not understand that they were Spirits destined to be "born again" as Spirits, and would never have accepted Him as the "resurrected" ("born again") human Jesus.

Scripture, which you deny, says otherwise. It says nothing of merely appearing, but he was actually raised. And it's the point of him showing he had a physical body.

Please repent and trust in the resurrected and living savior. He will save you from all your sins.

I trust in the "born again" Jesus as He tried to explain it to Nicodemus. But even that learned Hebrew scholar did not comprehend it so the chance that any lesser believer among them would understand was nil. Our ancestors were simply NOT ready for "spiritual solid food" and required only "carnal milk." You seem to be in the same condition.

Where does Scripture say Jesus was born again?

And yes, Jesus was raised bodily. In fact, the apostle Paul makes the case that if he wasn't raised bodily, we're still in our sins.

Nonsense. He simply points out that Jesus was raised. Our ancestors needed to believe it was bodily because they were terrified of Spirits.

Frankly I'm not sure.
However the idea of an actual lake of perpetual fire, that people inhabit for eternity does not fit with my understanding of our Good Lord.

Now if someone where to describe it as a metaphorical crucible that eliminates defective ( sinful ) flesh, to refine our spirit, I may be inclined to accept it.

Gnosticism.

Sound doctrine tells us that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh (1 John 4:1-3, 2 John 1:7, Matthew 14:31, Luke 24:42-43, Matthew 26:29).

And 1 John 1:1.

Docetism has been roundly and unanimously condemned by all of Christianity ever since Nicea.

It's quite incredible to claim that you've got it right over and against the unanimous testimony of Christian Tradition. In order to back up such an extraordinary claim, you're gonna need more than just relaying your private and unique mystical experience.

Do you realize how extraordinary your claim is? If true, it would upend 2,000 years of Christianity.

Are you surprised that people don't readily buy into it?
