Fundamentalist, I've tried this before and didn't get much response. I don't know how it will work out for you.
Again, my standard disclaimer regarding this topic: Believing in YEC or believing in evolution is not central to one's salvation. However, IMO it is inconsistent for a Christ-follower to believe in evolution.
I believe in YEC. I believe the bible is God's word and reliable and trustworthy. I believe evolution erodes the gospel and undermines Jesus. Without the foundation in Genesis as to why we need a savior, we wouldn't need Jesus. Evolutionists have admitted this. Believers need to wake up to this fact.
However, if you're interested in my view on this topic, I've provided the link to my related thread. I've said in it all I can say (I think anyways).

In particular you might find this specific post explains my position regarding evolution:

Just a brief comment (or two)..
I think evolutionists dodge their own bullet when they say "evolution doesn't address how life began". That's a cop-out. Logically, if they begin with no creator and everything started from one cell, they have to face the fact that evolution must address where that cell came from. To keep going backwards towards a single-celled common ancestor, they have to explain where that single cell came from which will invariably lead to abiogensis (chemical soup stirred and jolted to begin the process of life from non-life). Dawkins has floated the idea that it came from outer space. That just puts the origin question off planet. If evolutionists believe there is no creator, then abiogenesis is indeed a stumbling block for them and they need to address the question.
And again, evolutionists are dodging the "incest" question as well. If modern humans formed from ape-like creatures, then wouldn't these small numbers of ape-like creatures have to interbreed to develop into the modern human? They don't accept and wish to flat-out reject the idea of inter-sibling/inter-family relations for the human population to grow under the creation scenario (via Adam & Eve and their offspring); however, the same inter-relationships
must play out under an evolutionary scenario as well. So rejecting "incest" defeats their argument as well, IMO.
