What was it that sent a man to hell BC ? Or better still how was man doomed to eternal torment ? . I have just got through reading from Genesis to just past the flood and seen no mention of eternal torment so far.
It takes one sin to separate us from God for eternity furthermore we were already born in sin.
So we know all have sinned so does this mean all born prior to the cross are in eternal torment ? including all the patriarchs who were born in sin and shapen in iniquity.

Nope...Jesus died for all the elect; past, present and future.
Do you know any scriptures in the OT that speak of eternal torment ? , there as got to be enough there if we are to take it serious .
There are tons especially in the New Testament which Jesus talks about but you will use the ol' lexicon game to shoot them down much like people who say the bible does not speak of homosexuality being a sin.
