Tough issues. I guess I feel that God loves all of us and Christ died for all sin. I think it is that for fore-knows who will choose...If God knows everything. I think as Christians we are called to witness and to be a witness since we don't know who will choose and who will not.
It's like praying. God knows what is going to happen and uses prayer to encourage us and help us to trust him.
Jesus died for the whole world. "Many" does not mean "fewer than all".
many:
constituting or forming a large number; numerous: many people.
All:
the whole of (used in referring to quantity, extent, or duration): all the cake; all the way; all year.
2.the whole number of (used in referring to individuals or particulars, taken collectively): all students.
3.the greatest possible (used in referring to quality or degree): with all due respect; with all speed.
4.every: all kinds; all sorts.
completely different, do you have another difinition?

What do you mean Abraham was not a Christian? He trusted in the coming Messiah and waited for Him. As an Old Testament believer he is redeemed by Christ.
A good example of a "chosen" person would be someone like the Apostles or Paul--a person called of God, responds to God in repentance, is indwelt with the Spirit, and lives a life of faith and holiness.

I didn't say they are synonomous, I said that "many" does not imply fewer than all. If Jesus died for all then it is also true that Jesus died for a large number. If Jesus died for a large number than Jesus could have died for any large number, up to and including all. Granted in English "many" tends to give the impression of fewer than all. But it is not so in scripture.
For example:
1 Timothy 2:6 who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
Matthew 20:28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."
If "many" can not agree with "all" then these scriptures are in opposition.

i agree with the your last statement, because ,any is not the same as all.

Things can be not the same yet not contradictory. You are assuming that "many" in Greek has the exact same implications as it does in English.
If a tsunami kills a whole town we can say
1. everyone in the town died
2. multitudes died
3. 6,531 died
They are not the same but they are not contradictory either.
Even if you don't believe the scriptures are inspired by God, to believe that in Greek "many" contradicts "all" you have to believe that Paul forgot what he wrote seven verses ago here...
Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned
Romans 5:19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous
