The historian and researcher at the secret Vatican archive said she has found the words "Jesus Nazarene" on the shroud, proving it was the linen cloth which was wrapped around Christ's body.
She said computer analysis of photographs of the shroud revealed extremely faint words written in Greek, Aramaic and Latin which attested to its authenticity.
That is not true boy do you come up some real looney ideas. Hay if there was writing on the cloth than it would have been reported centuries ago when the cloth was studied and studied many times Sure. I believe the cloth is a true cloth of christ were the blood stains are in the very same area where the Bible said Jesus was stabed beatened and crown of thorns blood stain marks The cloth interpatation and prophecies are used in the Hollywood movie The Passion, with Mel Gibson otherwise the movies would be diffrent

1. It is not John1960's idea, he is just reporting news that pertains to Christianity...he had nothing to do with this story at all...he's just passing it on for us to evaluate. Reminds me of how news in ancient times was carried by runner, who would carry a letter a long distance in his hands, then finally days later deliver it to the king. Sometimes, if the news was really bad, the king would have the bearer of bad news killed. Let's not hang John1960...he's just the news-bearer...and doing a pretty good job, if you ask me...
2. What evidence do you have that the story is, in fact, not true? Maybe it isn't true, but I think before we are so quick to judge these stories, we ought to first look into them a bit...ask a few questions. Like who, what, when, where, and what are the credentials, etc. of the person(s) making such claims...

Good job Bud. I can't believe people still believe the shroud is real The Catholics are all over this because, like in Luther's day, it makes money! "in the cup the coin rings another soul from purgatory springs!" goes the little line.
did they also find his drivers license and SSN card?
