A Dodge no Question, I've owned many Chrysler products including my current 07 Charger (which I think is Dodge #5 or 6), never had and problems with them.
i wouldn't hesitate to buy a GM, but I'll never own a Chrysler product. my mother had a Eagle Vision (Dodge Intrepid) that went through 3 transmission rebuilds in 40K miles. i've driven several Chrysler vehicles since (mostly rentals) and while i can't speak to their reliability from these drives, nothing has ever impressed me enough that i would give them a second chance.
I just ordered a new cadillac escalade ESV for my wife to drive around our 3 kids. Got a good deal too. I'm not worried about the cadillac brand going away. It and Chevy are the most valuable brands GM has. I wouldn't buy a Saturn or Pontiac anymore because you don't know where you will be able to get it serviced in the future.
I would purchase any GM car including the brands of Chevrolet, Cadillac, or Buick. But, as others have said, purchasing a Saturn, Pontiac, etc could be risky because they are either selling off their other brands or just shutting them down.
If the incentives on Pontiac's were good enough though, I would look into one. I do like the G8, to bad they are eliminating the Pontiac brand.
Chrysler, I never really liked many of there cars, and I have never owned one. I do like the Jeeps though, specifically the new Wrangler and the new Grand Cherokee looks really good also. I also liked the Chrysler Aspen, but they discontinued the model for 2010. If I were interested in buying a Chrysler product I would wait a little longer to see what happens with their bankruptcy fillings and their deal with Fiat.
I wouldn't even buy the models of Toyota or Honda (or any other "import") that were made and/or assembled in the US (or Canada). I'll continue to vote with my wallet (even though my tiny income may never matter).

That's a wise decision. #1 Only buy Japanese cars but just as important is to make sure it was (2) actually built in Japan. #2 is harder to find everyday.
