You definitely do not want to live in the Boulevard at Oakley Station right now, as it isn't even built yet.

I don't specifically know of any for apartments, but I have an agent that I used to rent out my single family house just across the river in NKY and I know he leases other places. My place is currently rented but I could send his name if interested.

Many places in Cincy don't use leasing agents though, so you just have to call. Some of the larger companies own many apartment complexes though, and have their own agent who can take you around to look at various properties.

From what you indicated it should be fine. A good central location in a safe enrivonment. Don't know what intrigues you about Hyde Park square though. I would be more inclined to head to Mt Lookout.

If you had more low-income people in your social circle, you would also have a different perspective on this. Though I suppose the low cost of real estate creates a lower bar, where home ownership is available to people with a lower income than in many other places.
I guess this makes some sense. But if your are talking about Gold Star verus Skyline, I don't believe you will find much of a consens.
