These couples are pretty rare for the moment but they're growing fast. But White/Asian is much more likely, and hispanics from different races too (Mestizos, Zambos, Mulattos)
I guess the best city for that would be Houston, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Honolulu and Las Vegas

Is there any data to show where it actually is or are we going to go on anecdotal evidence?

The following has "marrying out" statistics by state, but not so much by state and race.

Interracial Marriage: Who and Where - Graphic - Pew Social & Demographic Trends

Many of the highest states have a low percentage of black population, but Nevada and Oklahoma are closer to average. Florida and New Jersey look to be high in interracial marriage and above average in black population. Texas is about average in black population and listed as high in "marrying out." So going by that plus the "dissimilarity index" between black and white maybe the following would be high.

El Paso, Texas (Probably more Hispanic/White)
Las Vegas, Nevada
Lawton, Oklahoma
Tallahassee, Florida

Just a guess. There's probably a site that gives the actual answer.

Seems to be relatively common (comparatively speaking of course) in Oklahoma.

We have a freedom of diversity in dating/marriage in Oklahoma. I've dated out of my race several times....had a lot of fun doing it too!
