Belt Line Road is a loop road that traverses 92 miles (148 km) through 16 cities in Dallas County, Texas. Belt Line Road is the outer complete loop which encircles Dallas, in contrast with Interstate 635 which forms an inner loop. Belt Line Road is not designated as a Texas State Loop, but as a local street in each jurisdiction through which it passes. One stretch of the road is designated as FM 1382 and is maintained by the state. No portion of Belt Line Road is a controlled access freeway.

I didn't know it was longer than Beltway 8 in Houston. The beltway is 83 miles long.

When the third loop is finished it will be 180miles long.

HtownLove, how about Broadway in New York? I know its officially called route 9, but it acts as a normal street starting from downtown Manhattan all the way above Yonkers. How long would that be? I believe it is actually one of the oldest streets in the country as well (was an Indian trail, then a street for the New Amsterdam settlement.)

broadway counts, but it isn't that far from downtown to Halo. Less than 15 miles tops

For Toronto, it depends how you count things, I'll let you decide.

Dundas Street: Starts at Kingston Road and is very urban/suburban up to Highway 403 (25 miles). Then it forms the boundary between rural and suburban Oakville and Burlington. Then there's a short stretch that's rural before going through Waterdown. From Toronto to Waterdown is 43 miles.

Yonge Street: 18.9 miles from Downtown Toronto to Richmond Hill, during this stretch it is urban/suburban. Then it's suburban with some stretches of semi rural suburban up to Newmarket (30.6miles).

Bayview Ave: runs parallel to Yonge Street from Downtown Toronto, but through slightly more rural areas in the North, and ending earlier.

Bathurst St: Like Bayview Ave but to the West of Yonge instead of the East.

Steeles Avenue: Eastvale Dr in Markham to Churchville Road in Brampton or maybe a bit further.

Regional Road 7: It's not really a highway even though sometimes google maps labels it as Highway 7. From Bur Oak Ave in Markham to Mississauga Road (as Queen St) is 35 miles. It's 22.5 miles if the Vaughan-Brampton gap is considered too large.

16th Avenue/Rutherford Road/Bovaird Road. Very similar to Regional Road 7, but a bit further North, with a larger gap between Brampton and Vaughan.

Eglinton Ave: 31.9 miles from Kingston Road in East Toronto (Scarborough) to Highway 407 at the Mississauga-Milton border.

Lakeshore Road: 21.6 miles if you measure from Southdown Road in Mississauga to Woodbine Avenue in East Toronto. You could justify an extension that includes Woodbine Avenue (2.4 miles). At Lakeshore and Southdown, if you continue straight, Lakeshore becomes Royal Windsor (+3.6 miles). However, traditionally Southdown Road South of Royal Windsor was Lakeshore Road, and when Southdown curves West it becomes Lakeshore Road again. Lakeshore Road continues 17.5 miles to Burlington. At Lakeshore and Maple Ave, where if you continue straight, Lakeshore becomes North Shore Blvd (+4.1 miles), or if you turn South, it's still Lakeshore Road (+2.1 miles). If the two segments of Lakeshore are considered different roads, the Burlington-Oakville segment could still be combined with Southdown Road going North and become Mississauga Road through Mississauga and then forming the rural/suburban boundary of Brampton up to Mayfield Road or so.

Kingston Road: 10.8 miles from Queen St to Col Danforth Park. It changes names to Eastern Avenue after crossing Queen Street which splits into 3 streets that go on for a few miles each. Kingston Road merges with Highway 401, however Old Kingston Road comes off Kingston Road and then changes names back to Kingston Road goes up to Courtice, though with a rural gap between Ajax and Whitby.

Bloor-Danforth: Bloor/Danforth starts at Central Parkway in Mississauga, and merges with Kingston Road. This segment is 21 miles. If you extend along Kingston road you can get quite longer, to Courtice would give 50 miles.

Ranked according to what I suspect will count (in brackets).
Lakeshore Road: 22-46 miles (42)
Dundas St: 25-43 miles (38)
16th Ave: 21-36 miles (36)
Regional Road 7/Queen St: 23-35 miles (35)
Yonge St: 19-31 miles (31)
Bloor-Danforth-Kingston: 21-50 (33)
Eglinton: 32 miles (32)
Steeles Ave: 31-33 miles (31)
Bathurst St: 17-31 miles (27)
Bayview Ave: 17-30 miles (19)
Kingston Road: 11-40 miles (16)

?? There are probably a dozen streets in Chicago that are completely straight and 13 miles or longer.
