Cmon, I love NYC as much as anyone, but there's no way in hell Staten Island is in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM better than Atlanta. The two just aren't comparable.

This is an example of how the boroughs can hold their own against individual cities. For me.....

Manhattan > SF
Brooklyn > Los Angeles
Queens < Chicago
Staten Island > Atlanta
The Bronx < Baltimore

You get the sensation that NYC defines "overrated" based on a lot of responses here.

"Whattaya mean Baltimore is better than da Bronx?!"

Embarrassing.

Or this is an extreme newsflash that different people prefer different things and have different taste.

Staten Island doesn't > anything. I've lived there, my parents still do. The place sucks unless you're a senior citizen.

And it certainly doesn't stack up against the likes of vibrant cities like Atlanta or Chicago.

I rather live in Staten Island (it's close to Manhattan, the ocean, not that far from other major cities and it has better weather)

Chicago is nice but i don't like the location.
If Chicago was in the Northeast Megapolis, California or Florida i would have gone with Chicago.
