I think only the Gold Coast is where you may see a large group of rowhomes. Some of them on the southside and hardly any of them on the westside.
No biggie. The ones I posted from Philly were true rowhomes (I know these neighborhoods). Can't speak for the Chicago photos.

I wouldn't consider those homes rowhouses either. To me, a rowhouse would need at least 3 adjoining homes, or, more preferably, a city block. Much like the duplex you provided a photo of, but with at least another unit attached to one of the sides.

Pullman definitely isn't a slum.

By that logic, Baltimore and Philly shouldn't be on this list either because a large percentage of their rowhouses are dilapidated.

no most of the housing stock in Philly and Baltimore are Rowhomes, however in Chicago the 75% of town that is decent doesnt have rowhomes.

You are entitled to your opinion. It does not mirror the definition of a rowhouse, however, particularly with regard to the configuration comprising an entire city block. That said, no photos I posted showed less than 5 attached homes within the scope of the picture.

What does being "decent" have to do with this thread?
