The Hispanic thing is a bit complicated though in that Hispanics can be of any race. An Italian who comes here from Italy is "white", but if they came here from Argentina they might be deemed "Hispanic." A black person born here is "black" but if they're from Cuba they can be "Hispanic."
The other complication is that it depends on how you want to identify. I read in a survey once that a good percent of Panamanians are not counted as Hispanics because they want to be classed as "white." You're Hispanic, to an extent, by choice not birth.
But yeah you're right a good deal of Mexicans, Central Americans, and Andeans are of substantial American Indian ancestry.
Among the Largest Metro Regions, these were the 5 Whitest in 2008....
Non Hispanic Whites, 2008
Minneapolis-St Paul-St Cloud, MN-WI 82.4%...2,935,653
Boston-Manchester-Nashua, MA-RI-NH 79.5%...6,003,963
Cleveland-Akron-Elyria, OH 76.2%...2,202,548
Seattle-Tacoma-Olympia, WA 73.2%...2,994,406
Detroit-Warren-Flint, MI 70.0%...3,751,117
This is wrong.
Cleveland/Akron is 2.9 million and 75% White. The rest of those seem off as well.
You also seemed to only include the largest metros? Cincinnati, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Indianapolis are all whiter than the Cleveland metro, some are technically larger as well unless you go by CSA.
And for this thread are we going by cities, MSAs, or CSAs? I thought it was cities as that in the title. And are we only including the largest cities/areas? or every individual city in the US? I don't have a list of that but I'm sure there is one somewhere.

The Cleveland CSA is larger than those and I only looked at the very largest CSAs of which Cleveland is one.
I have no dog in this fight--Im simply posting data to answer the OPs question.
Strange seeing Detroit there... Wow! Being that Detroit is like 68% Black. Who would have imagined the metro area would be 70% White. WOW!
I don't have statistics. I'm just going to guess based on personal experience after having visited the cities I will list:
1. Minneapolis
2. Denver
3. Boston
4. Pittsburgh
5. Phoenix
(Well, on 2nd thought... PHX is clearly majority hispanic)
Maybe I'll say: 5. Portland
For major cities, this is a good list ( with Portland instead of Phoenix), although the CITY of Boston is probably <50% white, off the top of my head..

There was no neighbourhood in Boston that seemed less than 50% white, except maybe Chinatown.
Well, except that most Hispanics that come from Mexico and South America are mixed European and Native American ancestry.
You can pass a white person on the street and not talk to them. They could easily be South American but I'd guess that you wouldn't assume so since they aren't mixed race.
This was the lesson I learned when I moved to Miami. Hispanic (or better: Latin) Americans are identified culturally and can be of any race or mixed race. But, in the end, the white ones are still white. MiamiDade County is still almost 70% white and the metro is probably even higher than that. This is despite the fact that it's only 15% non-hispanic white.

Roxbury is ~20% White (non hispanic)
Mattapan is ~23% White (non hispanic)
Dorchester is ~32% White (non hispanic)
I'm guessing Jamaica Plain is less than 50% White (non hispanic) as well but I couldn't find figures.
