And don't even bring up architecture. Houston has some of the tackiest/trapped in the 80's architecture in this country. The city looks like it stopped in a time warp in 1985 by their architecture.

I'd rather be at over 90% occupancy in my downtown than have a bunch of empty & foreclosed on residential high rises in my skyline any day.

Of course he posts a view that you can only see from above.. There's not many gaps in the Houston skyline, I see it everyday.

Tier 1: Philly, SF and Miami
Tier 2: Seattle, LA

Miami built on speculation, Houston builds only when office space is at or near full capacity. Smart if you ask me.

Hooray for empty condos in your skyline & being in one of the worst real estate disasters in the country ever in history!

It's nowhere near a mini Chicago. Anyone with sense knows that.
Not many in Houston support the rebel flag. Man you're worse than some.
