Scottsdale is among the list. Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Carolina Herrera, Bvlgari, Barneys New York, Nieman Marcus, Jimmy Choo, Salvatore Ferragamo, Bottega Veneta , David Yurman, Zara (coming soon
Other than that I would have to say Short Hills, Seattle, Bal Harbour, McLean, King of Prussia, and Dallas.

Read the whole thread. Interesting. First of all, the OP said to take NY, Chicago, LA out of the equation and yet the smart ones here keep fighting over them.

Dallas ahead of Chicago? Uh no. NYC and LA are, Miami is a tough one...I don't think it necessarily is, but close, but Dallas? no
If we are talking about walkable shopping districts, then obviously nothing in Dallas compares to Michigan Avenue/Rush Street. As far as luxury shopping is concerned, I'd argue that Dallas is in the same tier as Chicago.

Hm, same tier...close. There's a lot in Chicago that most people don't even know about. Oak Street (and now Rush/Walton along with it) wasn't even discussed on here until not long ago..the average person outside of the city doesn't even know about it, nor do they know about some of the things in Bucktown/Wicker Park area has going on (quite a bit in reality).
Dallas is no slouch for this, but again..people think Chicago is only Michigan Avenue...there's a lot all over the city and more than just that street in other neighborhoods even like Wicker Park/Bucktown, Lakeview, etc.
