Which of these regions do you believe is poised to have the best urban growth as far as development is concerned?

Well, the answer is Perimeter/Sandy Springs/Dunwoody. Huge skyline already.

I personally think that P.C. hands down has the worst traffic in Atlanta. It's an absolute nightmare navigating this area.

Uptown Houston is outside the loop and not an inner city district so it's not meant to be an urban development. It's just a fancy district for the wealthy to live and shop. Also lots of corporations there but their employees are coming in from the outer suburbs. Uptown Houston will never develop into an urban development because the people who manage that district will make sure that never happens in order to keep the wealthy residents happy.

So I guess Perimeter Area Atlanta would win this battle.

I wouldn't concede so fast. I don't think P.C. wins this one but I'm curious to see more responses.

Perimeter is also set up in a similar fashion, built around somewhat upscale Perimeter Mall... which cannot hold a candle to The Galleria.
