I find it strange that Portland is killing Miami but LA is killing Seattle, I thought it would be closer. I feel like certain areas in LA have alot of character while others are all flash no substance. So it kinda evens out. The same kinda for Miami as alot of areas have a strong Caribbean influence.
LA has way more character than Seattle LOL. It's much more diverse and has a more varied culture which in turn produces more character.
