Love and hip NYC is wack and seems more normal of a reality show. I'm not sure what other ratchet shows you're speaking on. But I do think NYC has the best back in the day gangster movies. Was watching hank last night lol.
There isn’t a city in the world, let alone the U.S., called Chiraq. Those minstrel shows have nothing to do with Atlanta, New York, or Los Angeles. Cities can't be ratchet. They are a joke on Black people.
Anything VH1 shows on black people is a joke on blacks though. That channel doesn't make blacks look good at all. Also when I visited Atlanta a few weeks ago, many of the natives and transplants were pretty annoyed by all the visitors asking them about love &a hip hop and how the show has no type of relevance to the city or knowledge of what the city is like.
Kind of true because a lot of black people in Atlanta are nice and have way more class than the women and men on the show.
