^ I guess that would be a city that wouldn't be American lol! I guess it would be Seattle since Chicago is truly the 2nd American city!lol jk!! Hint: just vote Chicago!
Having been to Seattle a couple of times, I think I could easily find myself living there and enjoying it. It is a beautiful city in a lovely part of the US. This is one of those questions I can't so easily answer. For me, Chicago works due to having been born and raised here, and having family here. Additionally, Chicago works for me because it isn't a cross country flight to get to the east coast (where I go often).
However, without all of those personal connections/situations to consider, I think that I would be very happy in a Seattle like city, as there have been many times where I've considered a move to a smaller coastal city.
Chicago. The expansive park space along Lake Michigan including destinations like Navy Pier and the Aquarium as well as the biking/walking trails all along there makes it an easy call for me. I have to try hard to find much greenspace along Seattle's waterfront, let alone bike trails extending all along that green waterfront. Chicago has the best waterfront in the nation. Plus, I would hate all the constant Seattle overcast.
where would i live. I'd like to live in seatlle but chicago is gettin my vote.
