We'll agree to disagree here. Boston's downtown is about as far from "blah" as you can get from the street/ pedestrian level. It's a very dense, walkable, vibrant, active core to be in. For me (and most other people), that's far more important than having stunning skyscrapers or a skyline which do little more than serve as aesthetics for people viewing it from a distance. There are many cities in the U.S. that have better skylines but are far more dull to actually walk around. Boston's a great place to be and for me, that's far better than being a great place to look at from 5-10 miles away.

Los Angeles, Best at food trucks,Weather of course lol,Weed & Women, Burgers & Chinese food,Outdoor sports,Car clubbing, Mall shopping & Entertainment.

Worst @ Gang violence, Homeless citizens, Terrible traffic, Illegal immigration, Police corruption & city transportation.Though not the worst but should have been upgraded by since the early 2000s.At least there's construction for that now.
