Do you have any information for Baltimore? CSA's won't work with Baltimore, and DC's population doesn't reflect the Baltimore metro.

Baltimore MSA is under 3 million although should get there by 2020. But I too would like to see the numbers.

Baltimore metro is larger than a few cities on that list. Cleveland, Portland, Orlando

I remember reading that Portland lost a significant portion of its African born population due to recruitment from farms outside the Urban Growth Boundary.

Urban growth boundary is different than the Census-based boundaries. It probably doesn't matter.
