Amount Of Younger People: Minneapolis
Quality Of Restaurants: Minneapolis
Safety In Downtown: Minneapolis
Walkability: Minneapolis
Active Downtown Areas: Minneapolis
Woods/Water For Hunting & Fishing Outside Of City Limit: Minneapolis
Sports Stadiums: Minneapolis

I think the clear winner is Minneapolis, but as others have said, you should go where THEY WANT YOU. If any of the above cities are checking for you then you should give them a chance.

Minneapolis is great, but come on- it doesn't dominate that much.
I feel that Minneapolis isn't really THAT walkable compared to Cleveland/Pittsburgh. Walkable, sure. But biking makes Minneapolis better.
Not sure about downtown either. I find them all comparable.
Restaurants, you're severely, SEVERELY, underrating Cleveland. There are some amazing places to eat. And I like some Minneapolis places too, but like I said, it's not really clear.
Sports stadiums you're really off. The winner is Pittsburgh. PNC > Target. Not even close. Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins are also all walking distance to each other. Can't say the same for the Twins, Vikings, T-wolves, and Wild.
At least you put Cincinnati over Minneapolis in architecture. I totally agree there.
Huting and fishing outside the city seems odd to me. Once you get outside any city, there are ample places to hunt and fish... unless you're talking about somewhere like Phoenix or Vegas. The cities in question though are all similar climates and environments. I'd say Minneapolis has more good outdoor activities IN the city itself than the others though.
My vote is split between Minneapolis and Pittsburgh. It would come down to what the job offers are in those cities.

You forgot to add in my opinion. Maybe the OP did consider those cities but he/she prefers cities in the Midwest/Northeast. I still fail to see the common denominator between all of those cities you listed and I have been to all of them. If you don't like drizzly winters, you will not like Portland or Seattle. The COL in San Francisco is out of reach for a lot of people. If you like professional sports teams, you will not like Austin.

If you're considering Minneapolis, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, etc. I doubt you'd like the weather in Austin. And vice versa.
