I'm referring to the median earnings for Blacks, Asians, and Hispanics that you posted, nothing else.
Demography is not just about race, lol, it's a broad spectrum of factors that cover every aspect of a population.
Which makes sense. Outside of the South, the only metros that are at least 20% black are Detroit, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Flint and Trenton. This considering that the Detroit and Flint metros, as well as the Philadelphia and Trenton metros are adjacent to each other.
Oh, i didn't realized you did by top 50 metros. To be subjective, if your doing top 50 by ethnic groups than it should be by those ethnic groups pop instead of overall metro pop.
Asian Growth between 2013 and 2018. Im only running numbers for MSAs with Asian populations over 100k:
San Francisco: 163,198
Los Angeles: 158,433
New York City: 144,983
Dallas/Fort Worth: 144,870
Seattle: 115,216
Houston: 109,341

Atlanta: 74,041
Boston: 71,317
Chicago: 70,738
Washington DC: 61,251
Philadelphia: 46,237

I really thought DC would be a lot higher up because it feels like there are a lot more people from all over Asia moving here. And unlike other groups, high COL isn't nearly as much as an impediment, but I can foresee that changing.
I wonder how long it would take for Asians to become the largest demographic group in the SF Bay Area. It would be a first in the continental US to be that way, IIRC.
