I guess they wanted to keep the original design, it looks better that way.

Upscale stores that opened and are opening in Dallas this year: Faconnable, Leggiadro, Diane Von Furstenberg, Christian Louboutin, Elie Tahari and Yves Saint Laurent.

How many upscale stores are opening in Houston this year?

It's an open-air shopping center. The same thing like Houston's Highland Village. Nothing special.
