It irks me when people use the word "Ghetto" as an adjective. Still, the list seems pretty accurate. I would also rank Newark, NJ and Camden, NJ up there as well.

Is Oakland really that bad? I've only been to the Coliseum there, but I've heard that it has some nice parts.

It does have nice parts, but all those places there do. Even Gary has Miller Park.

I don't think Lansing, MI is quite deserving of being on that list. It doesn't compare with Detroit or Flint.
