well, he has Boston and Philly alongside Ft Worth and San Antonio in the "honorable mentions"... most people would disagree with that, but, whatever.
Also, I would think Europeans (British, especially) would like to see the places where the Americans kicked their butt about 230-odd years ago...places like Boston and Philly.
If I really waned to be biased; I would've added Houston and Dallas.
I just find it rather bland to waste the majority of your vacation in the NE if your from overseas. San Antonio has lots of history and attractions and Fort Worth is a true city that represents the stereotypical views of Texas.

Where is the proof behind that??? the facts?? the statistics??? just because YOU don't want to see Texas; doesn't mean the majority of Europeans think the same way.

I'm half Asian and have spent alot of time in Korea and Japan. Texas is a large state with lots of large cities and interesting culture but we have to face the facts that unless they have family there and are visiting family members most (not all) will most likely want to visit the media elite cities of the USA like NYC, SF, LA, DC.....

Well I guess that proves why Texas has the one of the fastest (if not the fastest) growing Asian populations in the country.

The proof is with my own eyes. I am FROM Europe. Therefore, I know where Europeans want to visit. The answer is Washington DC, Philly, NYC, Boston, Chicago, Vegas, LA, SF and Miami. I know where these people visit.
Most Americans don't want to see Fort Worth Texas....... why would a European?

I believe cost of living might have something to do with it =)
