Why is Miami so underrated on this site? I myself have heard people not from the US come here and see Miami and say how beautiful it is.

Proving that Florida isn't jus Disney World, Miami is ground zero for Europeans on a package-holiday, it seems as if every European has at one time or another taken a vacation package to Miami.

next is:

4. Orlando, Florida (1.8 Million Arrivals)
Disney World is maybe the largest attraction in the world, receiving visitors from every nation on earth. It's every kid's paradise, & every adult's childhood dream.

Miami's airport ranks 2nd. or 3rd. in the amount of international arrivals as well.
Exactly, I don't get why people sleep on Miami so much on here, maybe because it's grown a lot in the past couple of years?

LOL, is it just me or is Atlanta overrated? People from Atlanta come on here and brag about it like it's on it's own planet.

I personally work with this guy who is from Ukraine and came to the US a couple of years ago. He always talks about taking trips to New York, DC, and Miami.

It really depends on what a traveler is looking for as to where to go. I would also recommend going to places outside the big cities as well to both explore natural wonders and to experience a broader slice of American culture since the cities mentioned are more often more similar to each other than to their own regions.

State wise? I think it would come in after California, Texas, Washington State, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and then Florida. So yeah, it probably is near 7th or so, maybe a bit higher.
