The Museum Tower is still currently going through the approval process.

Museum Place looks somewhat bland. I like the design of Mainplace Tower better.

Anything that hasn't broken ground at this point is not going to be built for a long, long time, if at all. The train has left the station, the building boom is over.

Groundbreaking for Museum Tower has been delayed, but the developers are seeking buyers for the project.

Any potential buyers will most likely just sit on the land; or construct something dramatically cheaper and less impactful.
