No it's not, it is far from top 10. Charlotte is actually a very safe big city. Though it has some bad neighborhoods, nothing that I am aware of in Charlotte looks bad at all. The bad areas of Charlotte look like middle-high class communities.

Lmfao.

For me it'd be (no order):
Some slummed out part of East New York (near the Brooklyn/Queens border).
Some burnt out part of Philly (don't know where I was).
Parts of New Orleans.

I've never seen anything worse, anywhere.

The old South Bronx is probably as bad as it got as far as the U.S. goes, based on pictures it looked like war torn Europe (during WWII), I was taken back.

Sorry, but that is the top 10 of cities with more than 500,000 people not top 10 overall. Charlotte isn't even in the top 25. I have been to Charlottle many times and I love the city and state. Sure it has its bad elements, but it isn't that bad. Not too high of a murder rate and a middle of the pack crime rate. My bad earlier saying its bad neighborhoods look really nice, that was an exxageration but nothing I have seen in Charlotte looks bad/decayed/ghetto imo.
