MAN WHAT!!!We all know this list is bogus what you made it up...the day D.C has a murder rate of 14.48 and Baltimore 16.96 there will be a parade in the street.....Stop glorifying murder and ignorance at the same time.....Baltimore murder rate was more like 36.6 and D.C was more like 24 in 09......lol...come on now what u trynna pump up Cleveland....D.C has the 2nd highest overrall murder rate for major cities in the last 20 years behind New Orleans and ahead of Detroit where you think the term "murder capital" came from...Stay in school
Those aren't murder rates, their violent crime rates it says.
East Charlotte,.........a lot of people don't realize it but Charlotte is one of the top 10 most dangerous cities in America.
No it's not, it is far from top 10. Charlotte is actually a very safe big city. Though it has some bad neighborhoods, nothing that I am aware of in Charlotte looks bad at all. The bad areas of Charlotte look like middle-high class communities.
For overall uncleanliness I would have to go with NYC. When I first rode the subway there I felt an immediate urge to go back to the hotel & bathe in bleach. The smelly trash along the sidewalks was also a major turn off.
For me, Chicago was like a cleaner version of New York.
Lmfao.
For me it'd be (no order):
Some slummed out part of East New York (near the Brooklyn/Queens border).
Some burnt out part of Philly (don't know where I was).
Parts of New Orleans.
I've never seen anything worse, anywhere.
The old South Bronx is probably as bad as it got as far as the U.S. goes, based on pictures it looked like war torn Europe (during WWII), I was taken back.

Yes it is, obviously you know nothing about Charlotte.

Sorry, but that is the top 10 of cities with more than 500,000 people not top 10 overall. Charlotte isn't even in the top 25. I have been to Charlottle many times and I love the city and state. Sure it has its bad elements, but it isn't that bad. Not too high of a murder rate and a middle of the pack crime rate. My bad earlier saying its bad neighborhoods look really nice, that was an exxageration but nothing I have seen in Charlotte looks bad/decayed/ghetto imo.
