That looks to be in Hollywood given the fact that you can see the Capitol Records building on the left. My guess is Yamashiro due to the pagoda.

LA lives in most categories save for crime, public transportation, street life (until winter hits Toronto) and cleanliness. These are some pretty big categories though, so I think I'd take Toronto.

If LA really made a push to fix itself up and to not become so car-dominated, then LA will probably be the greatest city in the world. Maybe.
