Atlanta is currently the newest and largest, and is in the midst of a huge dolphin expansion right now. It's pretty impressive.

I also love the National Aquarium in Baltimore, Aquarium of the America's in Nola and the Chattanooga Aquarium (possibly the most underrated in the country).

Never been to the one in Monterey, but I've heard that it's fantastic.

I did love the one in Chicago, but I have to say.. I found the one in Boston to just be a lot more interesting to me.

Shedd & Monterey are my 2 favorites so far. Very different from one another, but equally cool.

The Georgia Aquarium is nice, no doubt about it.

I also enjoy the Tennessee Aquarium. I like how it sends you up an escalator to the top, and you move along a path that takes you through various exhibits from top to bottom. It also has a newer second building for saltwater habitats.

Out of the ones that I've been to, I love the National Aquarium in Baltimore the best, even better than Monterey.

It's not on your list, but I like the Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport, OR.
