CASE OPEN. Harlem get's disqualified because even at it's current state, it is not the safest black neighborhood in the country, not even close.
I wan't no mention of northern Brooklyn on this thread. Areas like Brownsville, Bed-Stuy, East NY are killing fields. The only NYC poster that had some sense still left in him was the one who mentioned Ft Greene, but I don't know how black that neighborhood is.
Southeast Queens is a nice collection of affluent black neighborhoods (excluding the hell hole that is south Jamaica).
Checkmate, is the northeast Bronx not 90+ % black?

Lol. Brooklyn's black neighborhoods are terrible.

Not quite. Remember that it is in The Bronx, and so most neighborhoods have at least a small Hispanic presence. The census tract with the most Blacks is 86% Black, and most of them are in the 70-80% area.
NYC doesn't have any good black neighborhoods..... neither does Bmore, Philly, Chi-town, Boston, etc.... and all of the good black neighborhoods in D.C. mostly consist of old people.
It's between somewhere in Prince George's county, Maryland and Atlanta.
