Yeah, there seems to be more moolah on the eastside as a whole. In addition, the industries on the west side are the ones truly taking a beating with the economy. I'm not saying all of them, just the ones closest to the city center.

maple hts., garfield hts., warrensville hts., e.cleve.,euclid, are not doing well and are declining fast(schools and housing values) all east side suburbs.

Last time I checked, the Cleveland city government is running an efficient operation. While other major cities are running billion dollar deficits, Cleveland's city budget is balanced and taxdollars are not being wasted. Now the county government is a different story.
