I am in search of some great rocking chairs. Local would be better and I don't want to put them together. Our beach home is in great need of some new rockers and I can't imagine having the home without them. I really would like to keep the cost under 200 a piece because I need 5 or 6.

So what is your best rocker and where can I get some?

Well I once sat in some really nice rockers in the office of CD Spangler who was the Chancellor for the UNC System at the time.

I can't remember where they came from off the top of my head.

These coastal rockers (broken link) look pretty good.

I don't know where you are located but both the furniture store in Cedar Point, NC and the one in Swansboro have a nice selection of rockers.

If you want more info, just give me a shout.

Thank you, those do look nice. I will email them with some questions, they have free shipping which is great too. I am in Brunswick Co. beach area.

Thanks again.

I have been very pleased with the multiple pieces I have ordered from:
cedarlogfurniture

They are very comfortable and long wearing.
