TCU are currently beating #9 BYU 23-0 with 1.35m togo to Halftime.

I was really hoping that both Utah and BYU would be unbeaten going into the Holy War.

I did to an extent. TCU has one of the best defences in the nation, 1st in yards allowed per game, 2nd in rush yards. Looking at the stats they have really shut down BYU's running game.

I did too. BYU has no running game.
I think now that no running game will be the downfall of the Big 12 in a CG game (if a big 12 team would be fortunate enough make it).

Thursday nights this year have been upset heaven.

TCU's D looked very good against OU, even tough OU crushed them.

I don't give much respect to BYU. Tulsa put up 54 against them in a winning effort last year. I'm hoping Utah loses to them in Nov.
That would give Tulsa a shot at a big time bowl game. (if they can win out)

I guess beating a Pac 10 team this year doesn't mean much.

I'll also call Mizzou over texas, should be great game!!! heck I'll even call texas 1-2 over the next 3.

Calm down packersnut, its all fun!!

I DID!!!!

That loss to Oklahoma will be a distant memory. GO FROGS!!!

Looks like TCU has found a new rival in BYU.

......and they were wearing their black jerseys. Haven't seen those in a while.

Fill me in on Tulsa??
I'm guessing since they're in Conference USA the schedule is going to be a fairly big matter and their OOC schedule hasn't exactly been tough.

You're also going to need Boise State to lose in the WAC as well.

I'm sorry to say but I just don't see Tulsa going to a big bowl game, even if they win out.

And for the bolded part that was last year not this year.

Oh it's fine, I don't want our team to get a big head anyway.

I did not think TCU couldnt win but I thought BYU would have some offense. All in all looks like a start to what should be another fun week in college football.

Is BYU much better this year than last? I personally don't think so, UCLA is just worst
I noted that the win was from last year, Tulsa was the last team to beat BYU before last night.

OOC they have at Arkansas, NM, N. Texas. Not that great. They had a chance to pick up TT, which would have been huge, if they could have somehow managed a win in Lubbock.
They also probaly have ECU in conf CG.

I understand that they will need luck to even win out.

I'm not saying they will go to a BCS bowl game, I said a big bowl game, which they will for sure go to if they win out, they'd be a top 15 team.

I'm just saying that Tulsa is for sure one of the best teams from a non-BCS conference (I hate the term "mid-major")

#1 scoring offense in FBS.

TCU winning last night sure helps OU's strength of schedule.

I'm very impressed with Tulsa. Their QB is putting up awesome numbers.

As for tomorrow's Missouri/tx game, let's just say as a Sooner fan- GO MIZZOU!!!

Of course, we might have our hands full with Kansas. That could be a scary game even though it is in Norman.

Boomer Sooner!!!

You got it right!!! I need OU to at least go to the Big 12 CG, I've got great seats!!! I'd hate to have to sell them to a Longhorns fan!

I can't believe the last time Mizzou won in Austin was in 1896!!!! Wow!!
They also have 28 students on their roster from Texas... that game is HUGE!!!

I'll be in Norman tomorrow for my first ever OU home game!! I'm so STOKED!!
I think Kansas is going to show up, lets hope for the best!!!
Boomer Sooner!!!!
