I am attending graduate school of University of North Carolina Charlotte. My major is computer science. I am strong in math and have a master degree in electronics engineering.
I only want to learn some more about information technology for career change. Despite my interests in computer science, I find it very hard to manage time to study for examinations at college because I have 4 children and also work online. I could manage time for finishing my assignments.
I am wondering if it would be easier if I transfer to community college and learn computer science there. I don't need a master degree since I already have one. What I want to learn is about programming, database, networks etc.
Or, if there is any graduate school that does not have examinations, that would be perfect for me !

I have a relative that got a degree online from Phoenix while working full time, and after graduation got a promotion to senior programmer analyst from a data entry job, nearly 70% pay increase. She was able to do the classwork when convenient for her, mostly evenings and weekends.
I just started a CS masters at drexel and all the classes are at night, one time a week, you can either attend remotely or in person, and are heavily if not entirely based on assignments.
